The Mentoring Program seeks to establish mentorship groups among all CCP staff. The groups provide opportunities for people with maturity, time, resources and unique experiences to mutually invest in each others lives. Curriculum for this program is provided by Emerging Young Leaders and is facilitated by CCP managers and supervisors.

CCP staff mentor other staff in a lateral peer mentorship. The program is designed for the holistic growth of the CCP family. The facilitators meet one Thursday each month from 8:30am – 11:00am. Staff mentorship groups meet twice a month for one hour on their preferred day and time.

The Leadership Development Program seeks to help the CCP staff to develop their spiritual leadership skills. The curriculum is provided by American Indian Bible Institute through their web site www.Aibi.Org and is facilitated to the CCP managers to date. The managers meet each Thursday from 8:00 – 9:00 am. Staff leadership development groups will meet twice a month for one hour on their preferred day and time.
