Accountability Groups
Pre Teens on July 24th 2010 learnt the relevance of accountability groups during a talk held at CCP’s Community Center, Kawangware. Margaret Mbugua, the Medical Site Manager stated that accountability groups helps one grow in character, moral values, knowledge and wisdom of God. Besides encouragement and prayer, accountability groups lead to strong friendship between brothers and sisters. One is safeguarded against bad behaviors since he/she is accountable for any action to the group. The Pre Teens pointed out vision, character, age and religion as some of the qualities one should consider before joining a group. They were later divided into nine groups and each group came up with their name and five rules that would govern them.
